Our Team
At Accelent we believe finding the best candidate is a team effort. We assign both partners to the search along with an associate. The process of how we work with potential candidates includes one partner doing the upfront research and the initial phone screen, then handing those they believe are a fit to the other partner for an interview, and as each person passes that part of the process we then will introduce each to you immediately.
