John has built his entire professional career around his passion for the technology industry. His extensive executive search experience and business building background has served hundreds of companies in the SaaS, Internet and eCommerce sectors.

John’s undeterred focus on execution excellence has generated a reputation for performance on even the most difficult assignments and a contact list 30 years deep. John’s clients have spanned from venture-back emerging and mature growth companies to larger private equity backed software firms.

John has a vast array of experiences in technology and executive search. He has been a Partner, Principal and Head of Research at two of the world’s largest executive search firms, launched and built four boutique search and professional services firms; including one that was eventually acquired. He also led a global executive search capability inside a publicly traded Internet holding company.

Most of John’s career has been as an entrepreneur and serving entrepreneurs. He has successfully completed engagements across almost every function in an organization from the VP to the “C” level as well as members of the Board of Directors.

John began his career at the General Electric Company. John received his BA in Economics from Denison University.

Maura is an executive search consultant with over 20 years of experience in the technology sector. Her primary focus has been on enterprise and SaaS software, internet, e-commerce, and security. Maura’s clients have ranged in size from early stage venture capital backed start-ups to Global Fortune 500 corporations. She has been responsible for driving the research strategy, candidate development, client assessment, and presentation. She has successfully completed searches in all functional areas, including C-Level and Board of Directors.

Maura has been a Partner and Principal at some of the leading Executive Search Firms. She received her BA in Business Administration from Saint Anselm College. She also studied at the American College in Paris.

Jerzy has held roles as both a Coordinator and Executive Assistant at MediaLink’s Executive Search practice. Previously, she spent many years in the field of Education in both administrative and teaching positions. She earned her BA at Muhlenberg College, focusing on English and Women’s Studies.

Gretchen has over 25 years' experience in client and customer service. She previously spent many years in the veterinary industry, as a technician and department lead. She holds a degree in Veterinary technology from Northampton Community College.
