Wade Gerten, Marita Scarfi & Larry Bernstein join Fluid senior team.

Digital shopping innovator and software solutions provider Fluid, Inc. is adding a series of new leadership positions to the company’s roster as it continues to build momentum in the e-commerce space.

On the heels of Fluid Inc.’s recent acquisition of social commerce platform 8thBridge, former 8thBridge Founder & CEO Wade Gerten will act as the company’s first Chief Marketing Officer. In this newly created role, the seasoned executive will lead Fluid Inc.’s, marketing efforts as the company continues to grow in North America and expand into new markets globally.

Marita Scarfi also joins Fluid, Inc. as Chief Finance Officer. Scarfi was previously CEO of Organic, the digital marketing agency. With over 25 years of experience leading and inspiring global management teams in digital marketing and media, she has steered an organization through triple digit growth that included scaling global locations, systems, processes and co-managing multiple financing rounds.

Larry Bernstein joins as Vice President of Product Development; he was previously in a senior technical leadership position at Demandbase. Mr. Bernstein brings over 20 years experience leading technical teams covering Software Engineering, Quality Assurance, Technical Support, and Release Engineering in multiple geographies.
